Our journey began in 1999 with a vision: to harness the power of enzymes for the betterment of industries and society. This vision has been the driving force behind our growth as a pioneer in enzymatic solutions.
We started our journey in 2001 with a breakthrough: the development of our proprietary Solid-State Fermentation(SSF) technique for enzyme production and stabilization. This innovation laid the groundwork for our future successes.
Building on this foundation, we delved into the detergent industry, developing enzymes that revolutionized cleaning processes. In 2004, we launched our biosurfactant for detergents, which quickly gained popularity and reached a production capacity of 25 tonnes per month.
Our commitment to research and development was further solidified in 2006 when we established our R&D lab in Varanasi. This facility became a hub for innovation, leading to the development of enzymes like dextranase for industrial applications.
A significant milestone was achieved in 2008 with the launch of Dextrasol, a dextranase product tailored for the industry. Recognizing the potential of this innovation, we received support from BIRAC and SIBRI.
Our dedication to innovation was rewarded in 2013 when we were recognized and awarded for our optimized dextranase product. This achievement fueled our drive to explore new frontiers.
In 2015, we ventured into the production of beta-galactosidase using agricultural waste, receiving further recognition from BIRAC / SIBRI. Our innovative approach to enzyme production using SSF technology earned us the prestigious BIRAC Innovator award.
Expanding our horizons, we entered the animal health division in 2016, launching phytase and a combination formula to address nutrient deficiencies in poultry. This marked the beginning of a successful journey in the healthcare sector for animals.
Our enzymatic expertise continued to expand with the launch of xylanase for the paper industry and cellulase for various industrial applications. In 2018, we further enriched our portfolio with probiotics and enzymes like mannanase and beta-glucanase for the poultry industry.
Driven by our success in the sugar industry, we ventured into the distillery sector in 2020, developing innovative solutions like fermentation boosters, enzymatic biocides, and yeast improvers.
Our journey of innovation continued unabated. In 2021, we developed pectinase for juice clarification and phospholipases for industrial applications. The following year, we developed Sweetenol, an enzyme blend to enhance the conversion process in response to government initiatives for alcohol production from sugar juice.
Recognizing our contribution to the field, we were awarded a process patent for the production of dextranase using agricultural waste in 2023. We also introduced an innovative enzyme blend for water recovery, recycling, and reuse in distilleries, addressing a pressing environmental concern.
